The cost of participation inclusive of many business support services (see below) is $1200 for 3 major Trade Fairs or from $400 for single Trade Fairs. Starcatex is professionally managed by a network of offices in Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia.

Vision Exhibitions, registered member of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, co-ordinates activities in Africa, Middle East and Asia and organizes International Trade Exhibitions throughout this region. Vision Exhibitions and Arabian Exposition , group are the single official overseas representative of the Kenyan National Chamber of Commerce and Tanzania Chamber of Coomerce, Industry and Agriculture and Jt.Kenya Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Process of Business Generation
Participants’ catalogues are displayed on a vertical panel for easy viewing. The Starcatex catalogue and CD given to each visitor indexes each participant by industry and sub-category to assist visitors identify participants with the product or service they require. Visitors to our Starcatex stand are supported by a professional sales team proficient in many of the regional languages. Each visitor expressing an interest in your product/service category is given a copy of your brochures and wherever possible negotiations are made to obtain precise details so that a deal can be initiated or concluded. All sales enquiries for your product/service category are forwarded to you.

Continuing Sales Support Services
For many of the Trade Fairs we have local offices which provide continuing post Trade Fair support acting as liaison offices as required. A Starcatex office, displays remaining catalogues/samples in our local business center and provides a turnkey sales support function, to Starcatex members continuing negotiations locally, and if required organizing sales visits from arranging visas, accommodation, local transport, scheduling meetings and sales coordination.
