Cost Effective way of participation in international exhibitions. Trade exhibitions are widely recognized as the most effective way of marketing products and services especially in developing markets. The global recession has increasingly decreasing participation in overseas exhibitions around the world. But the sheer cost of space, travel, accommodation and staff time means that the vast majority of small, medium and even large scale sized exporters simply cannot afford a presence at all the overseas exhibitions they would like. For the businessman who cannot afoord time and resources to participate in large numbers of trade exhibitions overseas. 'StarCatex' offers a low cost, high return alternative that provides effective market penetration at a fraction of the cost of full exhibition participation.


How does it work?

Each exhibitor is allocated a sample display unit within the exhibition. A 50 word laminated company prole in Arabic will be placed next to each company catalogue.

Visitors must complete a registration form at the exhibition entrance. Entrance is strictly by business card ONLY. Full details of the visitor are recorded on the registration form.

Visitors are then invited to view the catalogues on display and to request catalogues that are of interest to them.

Once the organisers are satised that the visitor is qualied to receive the exhibitors’ catalogues, and that the visitor registration contact details are complete, these details are recorded in the exhibition database.

Full contact details are then e-mailed to individual exhibitors on a daily basis for immediate follow-up.
